Spot rebar and futures prices keep falling in China
Market concerns over further declines in rebar prices have not subsided and weakening futures prices in the last two days deteriorated Chinese market sentiments. As a result, dealers in northern China have continued to cut their prices in a bid to speed up the liquidation of inventories.
